Conveniently located hotel / B&B located near to the central station and harbour. Upon arrival, we had a super welcome from Holly (pretty sure it was Holly, but apologies if... read more I’m wrong) at reception who allowed us to check in slightly earlier than stated. Very friendly and she explained everything clearly to us. We stayed in room 411 which was on the 4th floor, so taking the lift during 33 degree heat was a great option!
Great little room with absolutely superb air conditioning - a godsend during our short 4-night, albeit very hot stay!! The only few negatives (which loses 1 star) would be; very hit and miss WIFI which we could only properly connect to if we stood by the room door. Wardrobe hangers: not enough and a iron would have been a nice touch. My partner also suggested that a mirror by the dressing table in the bedroom would have been beneficial.
Apart from this we highly recommend HNN and would rebook in a flash if we were to revisit Genoa in the future!
